I tend to have extra magazines and rotate out every couple months. It gives the mags a break and still allows me to have some fully loaded mags if in need. Pistol or rifle I do the same with each. Just a Thought. :ponder:

Rapier how does the fiveseVEN conceal with the MTAC how much does the extra leather backing add bulk. the CTAC is a no backing holster but I did add the mole skin and a little filing to remove rough spots.

I use the Comptact CTAC to reduce bulk the five seVEN is a wide pistol but the Comptac Minotaur is more comfortable with the double leather backing and is designed very similar to the Crossbreed supertuck, which from my understanding are excellent IWB holsters as well.

I recently bought a five seven and also ordered a comptac CTAC holster IWB, I've used Comptac minataur for another handgun so I knew the Comptac brand is excellent. What a nice shooting pistol, light weight and virtually no recoil. I retired my G-27 as my carry weapon just got to be to abusive to shoot, not the pistols fault arthritis fault.
