My daughters Grand Ma gave her a GR8 same rifle but made in Brazil and imported. These little rifles are way fun to shoot and yes if we ever need to thin the varmints out this rifle will get the job done. :thumb:

I tend to have extra magazines and rotate out every couple months. It gives the mags a break and still allows me to have some fully loaded mags if in need. Pistol or rifle I do the same with each. Just a Thought. :ponder:

Rapier how does the fiveseVEN conceal with the MTAC how much does the extra leather backing add bulk. the CTAC is a no backing holster but I did add the mole skin and a little filing to remove rough spots.

I use the Comptact CTAC to reduce bulk the five seVEN is a wide pistol but the Comptac Minotaur is more comfortable with the double leather backing and is designed very similar to the Crossbreed supertuck, which from my understanding are excellent IWB holsters as well.

The customer service I've had with Comptac has been out standing and they send a pack of smarties with your order, lead time was 3 days. Just my experience. Yes, they as Rapier stated are gun specific. :thumb:

I will heed that advice blueorison have 2000 rounds of ss197sr coming and some EA ammo coming. Wish i had the funds to get 1000 rds of Trident T-6 to sit on, but for now 120 t-6 will have to do. Thanks :agree:

In Charlotte N.C. there is Firepower gun shop they have a nice indoor range about 50' deep and they allow 5.7 ammo use. They are good folks also very friendly! :)

When I shoot, I practice the double tap with a third round to the head if needed, when the aggressor is no longer aggressing is when it is time to stop shooting :agree:

Bones, thanks for the post, thats some good shooting and ya just gotta love a woman thats out burning rounds with an AR and iron sights. I will shoot as often as possible as this pistol is not abusive also my carry weapon because of arthrits in my hands shoulder and elbow. Good comment jgreenburg01

Wow I was only shooting at 21' - 25' will have to do a lot more up close shooting before I roll out to 50 yds. Bones what were the results of the 50 and 100 yard shots effectiveness. And thanks for the reply.

I recently bought a five seven and also ordered a comptac CTAC holster IWB, I've used Comptac minataur for another handgun so I knew the Comptac brand is excellent. What a nice shooting pistol, light weight and virtually no recoil. I retired my G-27 as my carry weapon just got to be to abusive to shoot, not the pistols fault arthritis fault. Back to FN five seven, :thumb: a little large for a CCW pistol but managable. Comptac CTAC IWB tuckable and a smaller bod...
