Can you post a video? The take down lever NEVER comes out. So to be clear, instead of a basic take down, remove slide and barrel etc.

WOW I did not realize it was the same gun/post. I see a lot of stuff and can't always remember. Yep MK2 barrel, you look for the small cut out above the large cut out on the lug. Without a crimp or glue you get bullet jump. When the primer ignites in the small full case the bullet will move then stop, for a very short amount of time, but it stops. Then the main powder ignites and starts the bullet moving again. Where things get really bad is when you work up a load where the...

Re: 3 of the 4 levels of hell I went through to get the LEE 5.7x28mm crimp die to work.
Crimp is very important.
The glue replaces a crimp and holds better than a normal crimp.
The round is designed to have one ether glue or mechanical.
Once you gee above 40k psi you will have pressure spike issues and inconsistent velocities and pressures.

SPP primers work great for plinker loads. If you are loading 40gr V-max type bullet to 11,000 to 14,000 fps you will be fine with SPP. You want to keep SPP loads sub 40kpsi chamber pressure.

5.7 is hell on primers. Flattened primers are normal, it does not mean over pressure like it often does with normal calibers. You want to make sure not to over swage your primer pockets. Pure bullshit.
There are differences if you look close enough, spring is weaker and the feed section will blow apart.

Have you or anyone else dis assembled the lower?
Ether you, someone else, or the factory did not assemble the lower correctly.
Odds are this is your issue.

Bulk casting of small 22cal bullets does not work. This is why you can't easily find gang molds. EA does have pulled 40grFMJ that are cheap bullets and perform well when loaded to SS197 speeds

Yeah fuck book show bans and buries gun groups. Even if you know the exact name often they don't come up when you search for them. I got a perma ban and had to re join a bunch of groups. Even searching with the exact name they did not come up. I had to ask Matt to invite me to those groups.

The AE is almost sub with how down loaded it is. If the bullets didn't keep falling out or into the case it would be a decent option.

Getting even what used to be common T5 aluminum is a PIA for shops right now.
I will be sending one to Matt Hoffman, Buffman Range to test and make a video of also.

They don't work and the company went under. I/EA are working on one right now, that not only works but will help your PS90 to run smoother and more reliably.
