Re: WTB SS198
Likely harder to find, but I'm also interested in EA S4M, T6B, or Devastator. I really would like to find 500 rounds or so as this is my carry gun and I'd like to stay proficient with it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Black Bear Hunting
There was a thread on this a while back (09 I think), but it's locked so I started a new one. I'm going bear hunting tomorrow for black bear and I'll be packing my FsN and my Super Redhawk. I'm taking the FsN in case a wolf jumps out, but I'd really like to shoot a bear with it since I've already sh...

I'm looking to buy 100 or so Hornady 162 Amax's for a 7mm. I'm only looking for the Amax's as I do not want to do any more load development as these shoot extremely well. Please let me know if anyone has any they would be willing to part with. I'm running very low.

Selling my barely used Galco Concealable USG holster. I check Amazon and the lowest on their price scale is $78.00. I'll take $65 for mine and pay for the shipping. I've said it once and I'll say it again, my experience with AE has been just fine and without issue. It's cheap and available and if you are shooting paper you might as well be shooting it.

Trade Made - close thread
I am wanting to trade my black FiveseveN USG with fixed sights for a FiveseveN MKII. Approximately 300 rounds through my FS. I have a Galco VHS shoulder system, AE ammo, and/or cash to throw into the deal to make it fair. I am in northwest Missouri and I am looking for a face to face transaction. I ...

On FNs website they list them as an option for LEO models, but not for general public.

Re: bought 5.7 ammo RECENTLY?
OMB guns has ss198...how ever the guy at the register wouldn't sell it to me because I wasn't LEO. He tried telling me it was restricted from civilian purchase :furious: . I tried explaining to him that it was not, and that it was perfectly legal for me to purchase. I then brought up gunbroker, in w...

Not to burst your bubble, but you better go to gunbroker. I can't seem to find anyone on here willing to part with any.

:agree: ...Though I followed the trial, I still agree with what you've said. The whole deal is a wet dream for Eric Holder simply because it has taken operation "fast and furious" and placed it at the very back of any *informed* persons mind. Same goes for Obama as it did likewise with Bengahzi and ...

Re: Zimmerman found not guilty in shooting death of Trayvon
I was wondering why no one had discussed this until now. I sure didn't want to be the one to bring it up for fear of offending someone, but now that its up in the air I'll give my two cents. To start with, I will say that this case ending the way it did was how I thought it should. That being said, ...

Thanks for the heads up. I would already be on the waiting list but I was considering doing the night sights first. Thougb I kniw it would make sense to do it all at once, im not sure I want to drop all of that money at one sitting haha.

Thanks guys! I hope it didn't take you (blueorison) too long to dig that up, but thanks for doing it. My gun would already be there if it weren't for the fact that I just got in a few weeks ...

Re: odd noise in my FS trigger?
Your credibility here gives me no reason to doubt you. Still I feel inclinced to ask why you say this? Does yours do it as well? It just seems odd and it only happens after it has been holstered. None of my other handguns do this. Then again, this is the only polymer handgun I own.

odd noise in my FS trigger?
Maybe someone can help me with this. After I remove my FS from its holster (Galco Concealable), when I lightly touch the side of the trigger it makes an odd click. It seems to do this once after every time it is removed from the holster. Does anyone know why this is or what it would be? Suggestions?

Great Guns in Liberty, MO has 197 on the shelf for $34/box and AE for $32/box. I'm not sure if they will ship it or not. They have a website from which you can find their phone number.

Re: bought 5.7 ammo RECENTLY?
I know of a few places with ammo. One place that will most likely ship it as it is a gun store with ss197 for $34/box and Federal AE for $32/box. I also know of another place from which I bought 10 cases (500 rounds/case) for $192/case. I left them with two cases. They said I was the only one who bo...

Re: Scar 16 suggestions?
Its basically going to be another coyote rifle so match accuracy isn't of great concern. I know it can be done, but I have my doubts about myself being able to hit much at 500 yards with a 4 power, but I suppose with enough shooting maybe I could do it. Most likely if I get one it will be with the R...

Sounds like your 6br is gonna be real nice. I put a green/black/white marbled mcmillan M40A1 on my 700 action and topped it with a shilen match grade select barrel. IMO, as far as assembly line actions go, the 700 is hard to beat. Ive also been very happy with mcmillan stocks. I have another mcm ult...

I have a couple of these scopes and they seem to be gaining popularity, as they should, so I thought I would tell you all about my experience with them. I have the 6-24x50 ffp MOA reticle on a custom 7mag and a 4-16x50 ffp MOA reticle on a DPMS bull 20. These scopes, IMO, dominate the $1,000 market ...
