I was cleaning my PS90 last night when I noticed the flash suppressor (A2 birdcage style) was loose. I was able to remove it just by hand unscrewing it. So I put it back on by hand tightening it as best I could. I gave it a few wiggles, and it seemed to stay put.
Has anyone encountered this before? Do I need to do anything more to get it to stay? Torque wrench? Crush washer? Etc.?

Blue loctite. NOT RED.

There are an array of Locktite Thread Lockers, go to their website and get the one you need. We applied different types in manufacturing. It is good stuff if properly used.

Just get standard 243 blue from wallyworld.
Do not go to their website. They have about 4k in thread lock types. It takes days to wade through it all, they even sell the glue for space shuttle tiles. I went through it all to find the best adhesive for lip protectors when we install them. It's not that easy since we have to take vibration shear, temp and gap etc. into consideration.
If you are wondering we use Loctite 380 Black Max and the stuff is crazy expensive.

Re: PS90 SBR Flash Suppressor Loose
As suggested blue locktite and just snug it on with a wrench.
Re: PS90 SBR Flash Suppressor Loose
Is this an A2 attached to a CMMG thread adapter? If so, the standard procedure is Rocksett and 20-30 ft-lb of torque if it is a suppressor host. Not blue or red threadlocker as the Rocksett can handle much higher temperatures. Just 1 or 2 drops will suffice.

I would use Blue. If you use red or anything stronger you will be in the shit if you need to disassemble it again.
FYI I have never used a locker of any type on my/EA shop test mule SBR PS90's and P90 and have never had them come loose.

I think you should use a torque wrench and a crush washer to make sure the flash suppressor is tightened firmly.

The issue is the barrel on the P90/PS90 needs to be able to move. It's designed to have a certain amount of barrel movement. remove this movement and it won't function correctly
