P90/PS90 Magazine question

Post by swissguy » 01 Mar 2022, 04:42

I asked an acqaintance to get me some magazines for my future P90 and was told they were FN originals when I ordered them. They came in a unmarked KCI cardboard box however. Magazines themselves are only marked the caliber on the underside, otherwise no real difference in either material and color to known FN mags a friend has. I kindly asked him wtf this was and he answered that KCI was an OEM manufacturer for FN.

How much truth is in that statement?

Pure bullshit.

There are differences if you look close enough, spring is weaker and the feed section will blow apart.

KCI is a magazine manufacturer based in South Korea, and does make OEM magazines for FN. Here is a Link for more info.

No they aren't OEM and they are pure shit.

Their springs suck.

The feed lip area of their mags fall apart and often owners have to glue them back together.

Their feed rollers often have flash on them also causing issues.
