all i did with mine was take it out of the box and wipe it down, with the bolt removed i pulled the bolt down on the 2 rods and put a dab of oil on my finger and rubbed the rods along the travel of the bolt.

You definitely want to get all the factory gunk off your PS90, as well as any styrofoam bits.

Yeah and get some Nanolube on there if you really want it to run more smoothly thereafter. Fuzzy "Ferret" has reposted the breakin process from the old forum, search for it . . . you'll find it useful.

Have fun w/ that PS90, it's a great gun!

Did the initial clean to get all the factory gunk off it then went to the range. Put 150 rounds through it, damn good fun. was unsure of the factoy sights being zeroed and at what range. at about 30 yards it was dead on. Gonna need a huge supply of ammo now. My 5-7 should be here by this weekend also. Welll thank again for the replies and info and good shooting to you all.

http://nanolube.net/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I also keep a fairly updated list of ammo sources in the ammo section..

I wouldn't apply nanolube until after a few hundred rounds.
