I am looking for suggestions for charge and overall length for the spears Tnt 30 grain and accurate number 5

The Speer 30gr TNT is tricky to get to seat and crimp and also feed well.

Don't do it! The smallest I load for the 5.7 is the 33gn. hornet I had cycling and accuracy issues with the 30s.( I actually get better distance and accuracy on that round out of the .22TCM) When they have them, I like the 34gn. dogtowns from Midway or 36gn. Varmint grenades. I wish someone made a round similar to the SS198 27gn. bullet but haven't been able to find it yet.
