Palmetto State Armory has a new pistol in 5.7 x 28. The call it 5.7 Rock. Price point is an attractive $499 with a standard slide and $549 with an optics-ready slide.

I saw a review of it posted at gun.deals. They state that you can use Ruger 57 mags in it but not the other way.
