G20 threaded 10mm barrel recommendations

Please share your recommendations and insight for a threaded 10mm barrel for a G20. Because of the Glock smiley case challenges when using factory Glock 10mm barrels, my current barrel is a Bar Sto 10mm and it does well, but has no threads. Just wondering, is a Lone Wolf G20 10mm threaded barrel a good choice? Also wondering, who all makes G20 threaded 10mm barrels? Some of my 10mm hand loads are in the high pressure range.

Additionally, any advice on replacement and improvement of the Glock Guide Rod and Recoil Spring for my G20 is also welcomed. The standard G20 Glock Guide Rod and Recoil Spring is all I have ever used in this Glock.

Thanks for your response, I'm about as with it as "Sleepy Joe". A Lone Wolf barrel and Tungsten guide rod is what I am going to try first. I will polish the barrel feed ramp and do some testing. Thanks again for your input.
