To get virgin 5.7x28 brass one of the things we have to do at Elite is pull down SS197. This factory round uses 40gr Blue tip V-Max bullets. These bullets have pull down marks on them. These marks are visually un—appealing but DO NOT in anyway affect bullet performance. Hornady made these for FN.
Again these marks don’t affect bullet performance. FN does not crimp their bullets inplace but glue them so there is a small amount of residue on the base of each bullet. Again this does affect performance in anyway.

Since 223 is out of stock everywhere including components these would make gun bullets for hand loading up a bunch of SHTF or plinking ammo.
